Hi,
Now that we have Network Insight for ASA's, can you advise if there is anyway to generate alerts for ASA's failing over to the standby device?
Cheers,
Gavin
If you are running Orion version 12.2 or above you wil have AppInsight for ASA, which has 2 predefined alerts for ASA HA alerting:
* Failover on ASA Node
* High Availability on ASA node is not up
I've enabled this alert and I'm seeing them trigger for stale fail-over events - date/timestamps from February 2018 and other stale dates.
How does the fail-over alert work under the hood?
Thanks
I just made minor alterations to the built in ASA failover alert but we're not getting a failover to trigger. NPM 12.4
