Universal device poller question

Hey all,

I am testing new pollers so so far I have not been able to get them work. I followed some directions to import a poller, then I assigned a series of switches to this new custom poller but I do not see anything. Like a new cdp nei poller was relased lately so I tried that. If I go into the device, I do not see any cdp nei sections or addresses or anything. Maybe I am looking in the wrong section. Any help would be appreiciated.

Thanks. I didn't see that online tutorial section but I was able to find out what I needed to know and I was able to add it to the web interface but now when I click on it, I get an error

Any idea what that issue is? I do see this error alot.

If running 9.1, you need to apply SP3 to fix this error
