Whether solar winds has a self reporting portal ,where client can see only there devices and take the performance reports whenever there is a need .
Yes, create them a app level user name, and isolate their views using custom toolbars querying only data that they have access to.
We do this successfully. But keep in mind, a crafty user can click around and guess View ID's. This has been discussed in other threads.
Can someone share the docs to do this.
