I've created a service monitor to monitor critical services on a server, actually the Orion server.
When I test the monitors and the services are down they return a status of "not available". However, the alert give an "unknown" status. I'm alerting with the condition that the "Application Status" is not equal to up. There were no other options. Should I be using a different trigger condition?
