is it possible to show the CDP information about the devices connected to the Switch/Router?
I need the information about DeviceID that normally i got with "Show cdp Neighbors" into the router/switch,

How about a universal device poller using OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.23.1.2.1.1.6.*

You could also in a round of bout sort of way also get the same information from the "Network Connectivity" resource, then you wouldn't have to write a UDP and you would also clearly have the interfaces they connect on. Where as with a UDP you get the interface OID's which can be cryptic if you have a lot of neighbors.

With CDP i can get only cisco's device information and i need to view all the devices (included the type) connected to the switch.
CDP will not provide information about any equipment but Cisco (and servers if you install a piece of software like Linux Cisco Discovery Protocol or Windows CDP Agent ($).
For Avaya phones, you could have a look at Solarwinds Switch Port Mapper included in the Engineer toolset to give you a better idea of what is plugged where.
Avaya / Nortel typically uses LLDP.
Cisco will support LLDP messages if you configure it.
