Need help to setup an alert

I am monitoring a device using this oid 1.3.6.1.4.1.74.1.30.4.1.1.4

I have attached the output of this oid. I need to setup an alert when the highlighted(vrrpBackupState) changes to vrrpMasterState.

And i need to include the current status(NGVRMASTERSTATUS) of that in alert email/message.
