Just noticed with my alerts of type: APM: Component or APM: Application, when I put a clause in to check for Application Status or Component Status = or !=, Down is not an option. I only have Up, Unknown, Unmanaged.
Anyone else like this?
Hello,options are generated from current values in database. Not seeing "Down" means just that you don't have any "Down" items. You can still manually enter "Down" into field and it will work.
That was the issue, thanks. I verified that typing down (case insensitive) worked. Then once down, I could go back and see the option "Down".
