Trouble to get Database info after CU11 on 1 of my servers

After the the CU11 installation of My Exchange servers, I had to run again the Configure Server button as below :

That solve my problemes of the other servers but for 1 of my servers, it can't get the Database details?

I try to reboot the server last night cause I had this screen :

But not it's not really much better :

Also other information, when I try the button "Configure Server", I get a lots of Error event in the server :

Please help me, I don't know where I can look...

Please open a case with support. We have a hotfix available for anyone experiencing troubles with AppInsight for Exchange after applying Cumulative Update 11 to their Exchange 2013 environment.

Thanks for your help.

I tried to run the script with the folder perf of the CU11 but still having the same trouble.

I tried to delete also the application monitoring et recreate it, again same trouble?

I'm will keep you inform if I found something.
