we are using the SolarWinds RMM software to monitor our clients. We hare a remote client inside a private network that changed from ipv4 to ipv6 ip addresses from that time and later we lost contact with the advanced monitor agent (grey color on dashboard like the pc is closed). After we contact our client he told us that the pc is open and connected to the internet but some sites do open and some other sites don't and some internet application like Outlook App are connected to the exchange online server.
The advanced monitor agent also runs Web protection and Managed Antivirus. Does the Agent recognize ipv6 addresses?. Anyone came through this before, is this an agent issue at all or it could be something else.
I have checked the settings of the wireless connection and metered connection is off.
