This is only a minor issue but I thought I'd ask if anyone else has had this problem. Running 10.1 (now) on Server 2008. Every time I reboot the server the NPM web instance in IIS fails to start. IIS is running and the NCM instance starts but NPM does not. Everything else seems ok. I've gone through a number of upgrades and this happens every time.
Using the Orion Service Manager I can start the IIS instance of NPM right up.
Any ideas?
