How do I monitor "Wall-Time" for a process?

I have a process where it might spawn multiple instances and I need to alert whenever any instance of this process has a wall-time of over 30 seconds (not really CPU time). Anyone have any ideas?

Is this a windows process? If so I have a custom script to do just that.

Yes, it is a windows process named GENDAW32.EXE
