Solarwinds WebServer Troubleshooting

We are in the process of upgrading however our client would like to have
the webserver resolved first before upgrading to the latest version. We are
seeing errors when logging in through the web. Specifically, "Object Moved
to here". Anyone who encountered this problem?

I was not aware that 8.5.1 is past end of support. If I were you I would backup the database and any custom HTML you may have created, carefully upgrade NPM and any modules following the Upgrade Instructions doc in the customer portal (click on License Management then go to any license for an Orion product and you will see the link to the doc).

Once you are on NPM 9.0 or greater, you are on a supported version and Tech Support will assist you if you have problems.

That one will have to be resolved by a ticket. Have you heard back on the one you have open? If not, please call technical support.

Yup I have already created a case but the support engineer assigned to my case doesn't want to support me because it is solarwinds doesn't support it anymore.
