Active an alarm after define number of times with a component in a critical state

Hi there,

I try to active an alarm after define number of times with a component in a critical state continuously (I.E. cpu>= than 90% for 15 minutes, with polling frequency of 300 secs) and not in a moment of pick. Can you help me?
