Problem with Installation APM...

Hi everyone,

I am trying to install de Aplicaction performance Server and when the installation is finished I run Orion web console but I have the problem:

Target site is empty!

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Confirm that the SolarWinds Orion Module Engine service is running, as shown in the following steps:

        1. Click Start > Administrative Tools > Services.

        2. Right-click SolarWinds Orion Module Engine, and then click Start.

2. Your antivirus may be blocking some necessary ports.

3. If the SolarWinds Orion Module Engine service is already running, contact SolarWinds Support.

4. Refresh the Orion Web Console browser.

5. If the Orion Web Console does not display, contact SolarWinds Support.

I tried to unblock my antivirus and I indicate to the windows that not blocking the port 17777 and 17778.

I use windows 7...

Any ideas?

What OS is running in your VM?

As for your normal PC, you'll notice that Windows 7 isn't one of the supported OS for APM. Do you have a Windows 2003/2008 Server on which to install APM?

Have you tried re running the config wizard for the website? After unblocking the ports, I mean.

yes, I had tried that but I have the same problem

anyway I've gotten it to run APM in a virtual machine.

Although It it's possible... I would like to get it to work normally in my normal PC.

In my VM I use a Windows xp but In my normal PC I use windows 7 so I can't run APM in this...
