Pretty new here so appologies in advance if this is in the wrong section.
I am trying to come up with a couple of fairly generic management style reports for Syslog entries. Basic stuff like a breakdown of the chattiest nodes preferably with the percentage of log message types for each. I have done some searching here but most all posts seem to be focused on Kiwi. To my knowledge this isn't the full Kiwi, just the Syslogger that comes with NPM.
I have been fooling with Report Writer but can only seem to get detailed reports with every single entry. What I need are summary type reports.
Are there any canned report add-on templates somewhere or can someone suggest a thread or 2 that might point me inthe right direction?
