Network Atlas - Server is Not Reachable

I get the error message in the subject line when I try to login to Network Atlas for the first time. I use my Solarwinds username and password - I am an admin. The address is "localhost" and the Connect to: is Orion.

After I enter the login information I get s small "Network Atlas" splash, then the error message.

I have an open case and e-mail the same information to the person handling my case.

I'm having the same experience trying to open Network Atlas on our NPM server.

I have no idea! This was 8 years ago at a former employer!

I had the same issue. What I changed was:

Sign into a desktop with a user account with admin rights to the desktop, loaded Atlas, then signed into NPM with my account. Opened Atlas pointing to my host poller and logged in with my NPM account. I have admin rights through the group. Plus, be sure to check and see if you have the latest Atlas loaded.
