templates fail import

Trying to import templates into APM 2.0 on NPM 9.1 SP1, and getting the following error- Posting here because I've seen it on both the blackberry and the citrix templates, so I'm assuming it's not template-specific.Any thoughts on what might be causing?

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Does this happen after browsing to the file you are trying to import or later in the process?

browsing to select the file > clicking submit > getting the error

Strange, I am unable to replicate. I just downloaded those templates from the Content Sharing Zone to my desktop and imported them fine.You might consider running the configuration Wizard and selecting the Services option to clear this up.

No dice... Tried running configuration wizard as well as re-installing SP2 to no avail. Any other thoughts?
