I have the Exchange Application Template in use and it monitors STORE.EXE which is used by all of the information stores on a particular exchange server. Is it possible to monitor specific informations stores individually.

Not in APM 1.0, but it will be in APM 2.0, which is not that far out.

We are evaluating adding Exchange Datastore (shows the distribution of mailboxes across storage groups and databases for Exchange Servers) and Exchange Database Sizes in the next release of APM. No dates or timeframes I can commit to right now,

Here is a script monitor I use to monitor our mailbox stores:
In the command line you specify 4 parameters.
The system mailbox is unique to each mailbox store so that's how it determines the correct mailbox store.
