APM stating node exists but I can't find it

I am trying to add a website (external node) to APM and it tells me that it is already being monitored. When I search on the name, I don't get any results.

It's possible that it was added in the past but why wouldn't I be able to search on it to edit it?

Latest version of NPM and APM installed.

Trying searching on the IP address to see if you get any results.

Good suggestion, hadn't thought of that. Still didn't find the node though. I have also queried the database tables with no luck.

Any other suggestions out there?

Do you get this error whether you try to add by hostname or IP address?
