Migrate Solarwinds Toolset 9.1 DB to Orion 8.5.1 DB

Question

I have been looking around on the forums for this subject and I have found that Solarwinds did offer a Database Migration Utility at one time (for older versions) under the support portal. I do not see that tool. How would I go about migrating all my devices, interfaces, and stats from Solarwinds Engineer's Toolset NPM to Orion NPM?

So, to clarify, there is no way to import nodes and interfaces (stats are not as important)? Even if we cannot do a full migration is there a documented way to pull the info from the NPM .cfg file?
