Feature Request: Unmanage Scheduling Utility from web

We would like to see the Unmanage Scheduling Utility application functionality built into the web user interface of Orion NPM rather than have it only available via Win32 app on the server. We would like to be able to have a native, built in option to schedule the reoccurring unmanaged maintenance times directly from the web. Please reference trouble ticket 285614.
