Alert for more then 1 instance

Hey guys,

hope someone here can help me out Im going nuts with this.

Im trying to set up an alert to email when an application stops working

now the problem is we have 2-3 intances of this application running on 2 clusters making 112 systems

no matter how I set up the alert, it just never fires.

anyone give any advice on setting this up?

In your second image, the "has changed" won't work. "Has changed" isn't supported for that property.
