Refresh - Active Wireless Clients

Hi just quick question.

as mentioned earlier we are happy about the wireless integration!!

We rebooted a Cisco wireless access point this morning and the amount of Active Wireless Clients did not changed until now. When looking in the device changes should have been made (not as many anymore).

What is the refresh of this info once a hour, day, week until now i did not see a interval.

Hi,

This should be polling on every statistic polling interval.  We have a bug fix in SP1 that fixes this stopping of the polling when a device gets restarted.

To restart the polling, go to web node management, select the node.  From the More Actions menu, select the Rediscover option.  Wait for that to complete and then select the Poll Now option.

That should get you polling again.
