Recently SolarWinds has done a great job of putting together documentation for many of the application monitors that they have published such as Exchange and Active Directory. Unfortunately this documentation is buried away in such a way that many people may never find it or forget to use it.
What I think would be really nice is a Knowledge base that is accessible from within APM and potentially attached in some way to the application monitors.
I imagine two possible implementaitons; one where the knowledge base is hosted online by SolarWinds and it is linked to from within the product. The second method would be a knowledge base built into the APM product that would be updated with new information upon updates and service pack installation.
Either way, having a knowledge base that was accessible from within the product would be really nice.
