Avg resp time gauge not working

Hello

First timer installing this.  We got most it working but the last thing that we cant figure out is this.  The above pic shows no avg resp time, packet loss or CPU load.  Now here is what is strange any system that is connected to orion over the wan shows a avg resp time but still no cpu load.  Anything inhouse where the orion server is at shows no avg resp time.

 

Any help to get this working?

What is the response time when you ping that device from your command prompt on the solarwinds server?

 Also for the CPU, you can check it if it's Cisco by doing a show proc cpu on your router to see if it's really running close to zero % utilized.
