It does not start?

Hi, I am trying to evaluate Orion NPM, I have installed SQL Server and IIS before install it as it should be, when try to run the Configuration Wizard or even NPM nothing happens, just after you click on it looks like it will run then after about 5 sec the cursor changes back to the pointer and nothing happens, any ideas?
