Hi, I've been running a network scan on a class C subnet for about 1+ hour and it seems to be stuck in scanning mode. Any idea what's causing this? It's only 254 IP addresses and probably 60 hosts/devices.
Called Solarwinds support. They did a reinstall. I guess I lucked out with the installation.
As a further update all the latest HF has been applied.
what exactly are you trying to discover? all nodes in that subnet that respond to your snmp communities?
This problem can typically be resolved by changing the Hop Count to "0" in the Discovery Settings.
