Advance alert - Average Response Time 30day?

I'm trying to configure alerts for Latency. Is there a way to have it look at a 30day average and alert if it passes a certain amount? I know you can put a condition for Average but nothing mentions duration.

Currently have:

Trigger Alert when all of the following apply

Reponse Time is greater than 255 (would like to have this based off 30 day avg)

Node status is equal to Up

Interface Name contains Tunnel

Recv Percent Utiliation is less than 85

There isn't any logic that would perform this as an alert. Alerts only look at the current polled values, and not the historic information. This is something that would be better set as a trend report using report writer.
