APM Advanced Alert Setup

I am re-working our APM alerts now that we have APM2.0 installed and am trying to figure out if a certain function is available. I have created an APM:Application alert that triggers when Application Status is equal to Down. Is there a way in the alert message through variables to list which components in the application group are down? I am able to create a seperate alert for just components that can do this, but the issue is if more than one component from a single application is down, I get a seperate email for each which is annoying.. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do it?

This isn't currently possible in APM v2, but there's talk about this functionality being added at some point. See my thread located here.
