Open Regedit and then go to the following registry location:

My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SolarWinds\Orion\AP Monitor.

See the Version in the right hand window.

To know which service pack is installed on the top of your version, check the following log files in the \Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion folder.

SolarWinds Orion Application Performance Monitor x.y SPz.log
