Domain Controllers - App is Unknown

I have added Active Directory 2003-2008 Services and Counters and Windows Server Domain Controller Security to 6 domain controllers. When I test, all components pass. However, some of the applications remain in unknown status. What am I doing wrong? APM version 4.2.0

Some things to check. First are all Orion services started? You can use the Orion Service Manager under <Programs -> SolarWinds Orion -> Advanced Features> and click "Start Everything" to be sure. Another thing to check would be that the date/time hasn't changed on the server recently, and that the time between your APM server and the SQL server is in Sync.

If after checking these things you don't find any issues and the problem persists check the Windows Event Log for any errors that might help explain what's going on.

All services are running, clicked "start everything" anyway to be sure.

Time on the DB server and APM server are in sync.

I do not have access to the servers I am monitoring, so will need to have systems guys check for time/date issues and event logs there.
