RC1 or RC2 or GA?

Hi,

Just received announcement of NPM RC fully tested and supported release.

I'm now preparing to upgrade our environment, but despite reading all the roadmaps, technical specs, blogs and forums, could not find the following:

-When is GA released?

-If I upgrade to RC1/2 now, will I have to upgrade again to GA?

-Despite being fully tested and supported, management asked if waiting for GA would be preferable?

-And finally, while preparing change management for off-hours upgrade, pre-flights, etc, I could not find any roll back scenario from 12 back to 11.5. 
Is this just a complete reinstall from scratch as long as DB VM has been backed up / snapshot?

GA date: Unfortunately, precise date cannot be announced in advance

RC to GA: Yes, you will have to upgrade from RC to GA

Rollback: Backup / Snapshot your SolarWinds VM and the Database first.
