SAM 6.2 - Adding Agent Node - List Resources stuck

Installed the Agent on a Node with Node Initiated Communication.

Allowed Node to connect on IP and Port of the SAM server.

Node immediately recognized under Manage Nodes on SAM.

List Resources page for Node will not load...it keeps spinning..(screenshot below).

I tried deleting the node and reinstalling the agent...same thing.

I am trying to list resources to see that the disks are checked for monitoring...Any ideas?

This is the phase when plugins need to be deployed on agent so it can be symptom of some issue with plugin deployment. Can you check list of plugins (and their status) on related agent from agent management page?

As Petr.Vilem‌ eluded, there is likely an issue preventing plugin deployment from occurring properly. In most cases it's that the server is pending a reboot from previous Windows Updates that were applied without rebooting the server. In others, there is some issue installing the .NET Framework 4.0. I would recommend installing/enabling the .NET Framework 4.0 manually yourself on that endpoint and see if that resolves the problem with List Resources never completing.

To view the status of the agent, as well as the plugins installed go to [Settings -> Manage Agents -> Select Agent -> View Installed Plugins] as shown below.
