Has anyone encountered any problems with the Syslog_TaskEngine.exe consumes 99% cpu? We moved from had hardware platform 2003 server to a Virtual Server, and have been seeing this over the last few days.
I ended up having to open a support case. Apparently, reinstalling the application worked for about 12 hours, but shot up again. I never did get this resolved, and ended up moving syslog off the Virtual server.
Not happy with this solution. Ill be moving Syslog back to a Virtual Server in the future, and hopefully, it wont be an issue.
