Cannot access any of the menu items

Hi,

First time installing on a fresh server of the evaluation NPM 12.0.

Things seem to have installed fine. When I open NPM for the first time the wizard allows me to enter data and click through. When I get to "Monitoring Settings" it will not allow me to click next or back if I click cancel the popup appears and if I click "ok" the popup closes it stays on the same page page.

If I attempt to click any of the menu items on the top nothing happens.

I am confused as I would have thought this the easy part. I'm sure I have not allowed something but I cannot think what

The server is on VMware running 2008 r2 with IIS 7.5 in its vanilla state. The data base is running on the same server and is the Orion default also.

Can you provide some screen shots of what you are seeing

Please run the installer as Administrator, check if you will encounter the same. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. This is NOT a screen grab but it does show what I mean. On the image you can see that "MY DASHBOARD" has been selected, this will not happen on my install. None of the items on the menu will select. The bell with 12 issues on the image will not select either but I can select logout and this does work.

Thanks for the replies. We decided to rebuild the server and start from the beginning again. Lets see if things work this time around.

Also just try another browser to check its nothing to do with that or some plug in that could be affecting it.
