Database filling entire drive

Hi,

I have a problem that i can´t solve on my own. My database is filling my entire drive (46GB), and the funny thing is that the database itself only is about 600Mb big. The rest of the database is filled with empty space. I have checked all the tables and they are all of a normal size. If I do a shrink the database goes back to normal size, but only for a couple of hours.

I am running latest version NPM with APM and IP SLA modules.
