Does anyone else get the following error from time to time in the Global Node Status by Site Error : The resource threw an exception: * The socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a receive timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. Local socket timeout was '01:00:00'. A refresh of the page and I'm back to normal. Just wondered what this was all about.

Does anyone else get the following error from time to time in the Global Node Status by Site Error :

The resource threw an exception:

The socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a receive timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. Local socket timeout was '01:00:00'.

A refresh of the page and I'm back to normal. Just wondered what this was all about.

Error: Session data is not available. Please refresh this page. If this error occurs more often, please check whether the maximum of worker processes in IIS is set to 1 for this application pool.

Is this a case I should open?

Hi Bryan - if refresh isn't working - I would please open a support ticket for this.

Refresh works but want to know why this is happening in the 1st place. When our command center sees it they kind of freak out....so if its a setting we need to tweak so this doesn't happen we can do that. Just want to know what's the issue here.

I get the same problem about the network map,

I had my Orion working and the problem came after I installed the SEUM module but I don't know if there is something to do with it.

does anyone know what is the reason of the problem?

Any resolution to the following error:
"Error: Session data is not available. Please refresh this page. If this error occurs more often, please check whether the maximum of worker processes in IIS is set to 1 for this application pool."

Seeing it intermittently in EOC on Win 2003 Server SP2 box with Orion EOC 1.3.0.1183 SP1 when accessing a network map. I've checked the setting in IIS as directed in the error and "maximum worker processes...” is set to 1.

Hello again.

I spoke with one of the developers, and he said your best bet for resolution is to open a Support ticket. There are several things that could be causing this issue, so we'll have to take a look at your logs to determine the correct fix.
