NPM / VNQM upgrade

I'm looking for some advice.

Orion is installed with NPM 11.0 and IPSLAM 3.5.1. I went to check compatibility in both the KB and in the Product Upgrade Advisor and both advise that these two shouldn't have been able to install together due to conflict of compatibility.

What is your advice for an upgrade path?

Can we go...

NPM 11.0 > IPSLAM 3.5.1 > VNQM 4.0.0 > VNQM 4.0.1 > NPM 11.5.2 > VNQM 4.2.2

What you've suggested looks fine.

For what it's worth, I run NPM 11.0.1 and VNQM 4.2 happily.

I would go straight to VNQM 4.2 and then upgrade Orion NPM 11.5.2 > VNQM 4.2.2

Hi Jason,

We are investigating this from the point of view of the Product Upgrade Advisor to ensure that we have everything covered and to understand why it is showing as source environment not compatible.

All of our tests and checks show that NPM 11.0 and IPSLA 3.5.1 are not compatible. Is this a test or a beta environment or a production environment?
