I just want a report of Unmanaged servers or nodes

This has to be simple. I just want a list of servers or nodes that are unmanaged. I have had a couple co workers with a habit of working on a server and instead of unmanaging for 24 hours they just leave it, which is embarrassing when a drive runs out of space months later. I have tried to GOOGLE around and see suggests like GO TO REPORT WRITER, SELECT ADVANCE SQL and past

Where Unmanaged like '1'

Is that even for SAM? I do not see any ADVANCE SQL option. Can someone give me a simple and detailed info on what I need to click to create this simple report? I know in the REPORT WRITER there is MANAGER REPORTS and CREATE NEW REPORT, I am hoping there is a simple choice in there

Yes this applies to SAM because it's common functionality shared amongst all Orion Platform products.

When you're generating your report, select custom table.

Change the selector from "Basic Selector" to "Advanced Selector"

This will give you a node drop down. If you click on the dropdown for "Dynamic Query builder" you'll see the advanced SQL / SWQL option. But I'm going to keep it as Dynamic query builder because for your case, you don't need the advanced SQL or SWQL

Click Select field. Scroll down and click on "Unmanaged"

build out the table with the columns and data you want, but that's how you'd filter down to a report of unmanaged nodes.
