SAM MS Windows Failover Clustering: Resource Control Manager: Groups Critical

I have multiple SQL availability groups that span multiple subnets. How can I correctly monitor the cluster resources so that when the secondary location is showing offline we don't get alerted?

For me, I have to disable the resource groups component check for my secondary nodes.
