Are you the person responsible for the performance, health and availability of Active Directory? If so, we here in UX would love to do a 30 minute (to an hour) virtual "show me" session of how you keep AD up and running (what tools you use, what you look at on a day to day basis, etc.).
Those who participate in a session will receive 2,000 thwack points. That is some serious coin for thwack store goods (I mean, who doesn't want a You don't know thwack mug or thwack pint glasses? I have both personally....don't be jealous.)
