Initial poll in progress

Initial poll in progress - has been showing for more than 24 hours on three test servers, any ideas why? They are on the same domain as production and will have less memory and CPU but that's all

I cannot find anything obvious but I am very new to this product and am open to suggestion.

1. Check if credentials are fine

2. Check for CPU & Memory usage on your Solarwinds poller - I mean a basic health check of your Solarwinds poller itself (check if you see a lot of Job Engine V2's under task manager)

3. Worst case - restart Solarwinds Services on Orion Manager and give it a try again.

Thanks Vinay, Credentials are the same for connection to all servers so should not be an issue for the Test servers. Consequently the CPU and memory appear ok but I would have expected the non-collection of data to be random if this were a problem, not to be just the Test servers. Restarting the server is looking like a good possibility, I just wanted to know if anybody else had seen that particular error message. I will be sure to post back on here if I sort out a resolution. At the moment they are still showing as Initial Poll after 3 days...
