Cisco Ironport Quarantined Messages Count

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone is monitoring the number or items in the Cisco Ironport Queues? If so please can you tell me how you are doing this as I cant see any OID for UnDP that correlates to the number I see in the web interface?

I'm pretty sure that OID doesn't exist.

I've gone through the OIDs fairly extensively and there's nothing that even comes close. I'll be opening a TAC case about it shortly, but at this point, I would try to approach this in another way. I think we're going to have to run a script to parse the webpage manually in order to get the info we need.

Yea but that'll mean providing a login account etc, hence thinking that it might be easier to do it with an OID. If you have any luck could you post back here please?

*nod* It would absolutely be easier. But we'll need Cisco to provide support for that OID (which I'm convinced doesn't exist).

The parsing method, at least, will work. It's a hack, but that's what scripts are for.

I'll update this if I get something interesting back from TAC, but don't hold your breath...
