Integration with CA Unicenter Help Desk

Has anyone tried, obttttbeen sccessful at finding a way to integrate Orion alerts into the CA Unicenter Help Desk application? I would like to somehow confiure certain alerts to cause a help desk request in CA to get created and assigned to someone automatically.
We could either do it through an email or with the post to a URL alert action.

Has anyone done this, and if so, could you offer some pointers?
