Alert rule includes more than requested

In Syslog Server I have created some rules that are suppose to take syslog messages from a specific IP address and log the message into a text file. For some reason the rules are including all but the IP address I specified in the General tab.
Has anyone experienced this too?
I have removed and recreated the rules and same thing happens.

Looks like this was corrected in Version 8.x.
