Patch Manager Triggering "Guest" Account Lockout???

The company I work for uses both SolarWinds LEM and Patch Manager.

For a while (well over 2 years) we noticed that whenever a task is ran from Patch Manager, LEM will throw an alert that "Guest" account was locked out on our Patch Manager server.

We get these alerts (two or 4 of them at a time) whenever any task is ran.

Any ideas?

Did you check the Task History under administration and Reporting to see if any tasks were submitted by the guest account? If so, I'd backtrack from there based on the particular task to find how and why it was used.

All tasks ran (at least this year) were ran using the domain administrator account.
