I'm not an applications developer. I've been asked if "Orion" can monitor/manage J2ee based processes. J2EE runs on any platform (I guess). No, I don't really know anymore about it. We currently use a product from Wiley (Computer Associates?) to manage this environment. I've been asked is it's possible to use any of the SolarWinds suite to do some things similar to Wiley. All I can hope for here is that someone understands what kind of info I am looking for here. I do suspect this is more along the lines of the APM product which I am fine with since I want to run it anyway.
Any advice is highly appreciated.
