LunId for volumes

I am monitoring some SAN attached volumes and would like to know if I can use the universal device poller to pull back the LunId associated with a volume. Has anybody done this before? If so, can you provide the OID needed? Any help would be appreciated.

I have found an answer using apm to pull back from the registry and wmi. Good stuff!

Most SAN Systems are pretty limited when it comes to SNMP and LUN information. Storage Manager is designed to use a SMI-S Provider to gather this information. SMI-S is a system like SNMP and is designed for SAN Systems.

I would recommend that you perform a MIB Walk on the Device, but it is possible that the LUN information may not be available on the system.
