Has anyone started monitoring the services running for solarwinds NPM, syslog, IIS, etc to alert from the second poller when they hang or crash? wondering where you found the MIB for it if you have it, it would be appreciated if you could share it.
I submitted the following enhancement request:
We are currently using a VBscript on a remote system to verify that the server is up, ORION services are up, SQL server is up and can query the DB for expected value.
If any of those fail we get a page.
