Application is down alert every hour

Hi,

I have a a DHCP server that alerts on the DHCP server service every hour and then shows that it is up again within 10 minutes. I have checked the server's event log and there are no indications of the service ever stopping or crashed. I have this monitor running on other remote DHCP servers and they are not experiencing this issue.

I have also enabled debugging for this application monitor and at the time of the alert, WMI shows that the service is running. I have attached a screenshot of the alert. Would anyone be able to assist with finding why this monitor is not working as expected for this server?
